China is a large country and has many nationalities, hence many kinds of Chinese food with different, but delicious and fantastic.
Chinese food can be divided into four regional cuisines
1.Shandong Cuisine
Introduction: It is also named lu cai, which is famous for the typical of north china, and originated in QI and LU areas in spring-autumn and warring states.
Features: Tastes are salty and fresh with tender, crisp
Dishes: yiping tufu ; sweet and sour fish; boiled ginkgo
2 Sichuan cuisine
Introduction:Sichuan cuisine is originated in the Sichuan province which is in southwest of china. It is not only loved by sichuan’ people, but also enjoyed by people from all over china, and even in a number of foreign countries.
Features: it is characterized by its spicy and hot flavors
Dishes: Sichuan hot-pot ; Twice-cooked pork, ma po tufu;
3.Cantonese cuisine
Introduction: Cantonese cuisine is one of the major Chinese cuisines. It developed as a school of its own as a result of its unique dishes and flavors, enjoying a good reputation both nationally and abroad. Hongkong food belong to Cantonese cuisine.
Features: it stress the quality and flavor, tastes are light,sweet with fresh.
Dishes: Char siu; beef chow fun; char siu buns.
4.Jiangsu cuisine
Introduction: it also call huaiyang cuisine, is popular in the lower reach of the huiyang river. Food material are main from water products.
Features: it stress the freshness of material, focuses on how to use soup to make cooking better.
Dishes: crab lion head; hairy crab; salted duck.
